With flavours of strawberry, dark fruits and cherry on the palate. Leading to a long, mouth watering finish with light tannins and an excellent balance of acidity.

This beautiful red wine takes its name from a local landmark, Nethercote Hill that over looks the Avon Valley and Whitehall Vineyard.

This wine is perfect for pairing with red meats or drinking on its own. It has been made with grapes harvested from our Vineyard in Wiltshire.

Harvest Details Picked from our Maud heath block on a south facing slope with chalk and loamy soils. Single Guyot trellis system with 4,100 vines per hectare. Most of these vines are 12-15 years old and we hand pick all of our grapes. The 2019 harvest produced an above average sized crop with good ripeness and crisp acidity.
